We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to building a competitive company. This customized, one-day on-site or virtual workshop is a shorter, more focused version of Building the Competitive Company Program and Building the Competitive Workforce programs. Startups do not have the organizational infrastructure and demands of larger companies, but the competitive challenges are even more significant in many respects. Additionally, because of the smaller size of their ventures, all employees have a more outsized role in the competitive posture.
This course helps startups prioritize and focus. Business Catalytics tailors this course and teaching based on the results of the Competitive Quotient Diagnostic administered to most of the company, many of whom will be invited to the program. CQ measurement continues for 90 days after program completion to ensure workforce visibility in the company’s competitive environment resulting from their actions.
